MSC will not charge the City of Cedar Hill production alteration fees for every change made. We understand the complexity of producing projects like these, and we know the amount of work it takes to get consensus on design and text issues. • We will not charge you extra for the opportunity to do business. We won’t charge you for traditional postage, mile age or meetings. There is no benefit when “partners” are paying, or being charged, for simply trying to understand and help each other. • We will work within the scope of your budget. MSC rarely spends the entirety of our client’s annual marketing budget. If we do spend the budget amount, we always over deliver!
