REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL -- RFP 2023-100-1 26 THE CITY OF CEDAR HILL Branding & Marketing Services Project A – Citywide Branding | Project B – Cedar Hill Nature Corridor MSC’ s Pricing & Fee Structure Maloney Strategic Communications works with clients in a variety of ways. MSC has agreements with clients that range from full retainers to extended monthly payments. MSC will not charge the City of Cedar Hill “Client Service” fees. This will allow M SC and Cedar Hill to build a strong business relationship based on the value MSC brings to Cedar Hill ’ communication efforts. MSC does not charge for client and creative meetings required to build the strategy of producing these materials or the hours required to keep Cedar Hill updated on the project’s budget and schedule. This will ensure that Cedar Hill will not have to worry about being charged for the simple function of doing business. There is no benefit when “partners” in a marketing effort are paying or being charged for simply trying to understand and help each other. MSC WILL CHARGE CEDAR HILL AN HOURLY RATE OF $150 PER HOUR. These charges will apply to the development of your marketing materials , your social media needs, and your website development . ALL projects will be estimated and approved by the City of Cedar Hill. MSC CREATIVE SERVICES After working with Cedar Hill to determine the needs and scope of a given project, MSC will estimate the project for Cedar Hill ’ s review. Costs of the project will be based at $150.00 per hour for the following services: • MSC Account Services Once the direction and scope of the project has been determined, these fees account for time spent managing budgets, schedules, and client directives to all parties. • MSC Creative Services These fees account for research, concepts, design, in-house copywriting, implementation strategies and production tactics for the project. • MSC Production Services These fees account for all aspects of building the finished project. • Public and Media Relations MSC is available to handle all of Cedar Hill economic development PR needs in a partnership with Crater Lake Consulting. Crater Lake Consulting offers three different pricing structures to provide maximum flexibility for clients. Like MSC, Crater Lake Consulting bills an hourly rate of $150 per hour .
