REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL -- RFP 2023-100-1 9 THE CITY OF CEDAR HILL Branding & Marketing Services Project A – Citywide Branding | Project B – Cedar Hill Nature Corridor THE WATER CAMPUS COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES REALTY TRUST | BATON ROUGE AREA FOUNDATION, BATON ROUGE, LA INTEGRATED MARKETING CAMPAIGN Located just south of the Mississippi River Bridge and Interstate 10, the 35-acre Water Campus provides a shared location for scientists and engineers to study the problems confronting our coasts. The integrated marketing effort supporting The Water Campus is designed to bring awareness to the issues of rising water as well as find corporate, retail, and residential tenants to the development. The complex is being developed on 35 acres along the Mississippi River. When finished, it will comprise 1.5 million square feet of space inhabited by about 4,000 people — all working together to understand and better manage the complex relationship between water, land, and people.
